REVIEW CURRENT PRACTICES

Do people respond to said posts? etc. The good folks over Entrepreneur.com, posted this amazing article by Kim LaChance Shandrow, about asking yourself 10 great questions when coming up with your plan. By doing this, you’ll have a better idea of what you want to accomplish.

S.M.A.R.T. objectives

Once you’ve narrowed it down to what you want to do, make your objectives SMART. This is not just for your social media marketing plan, this is for every plan. By keeping your objectives SMART, you’ll be better able to communicate the plan’s purpose, execute, and hold your team accountable. As an added bonus, by using SMART objectives, when your project/plan is complete, you’ll be able to review and analyze the project and determine how successful or how unsuccessful it was, and revise.
