A Case For AI In Marketing

Another popular subject when it comes to the tech world: AI. And particularly, how is it going to shape our future? We see a lot of growing concern for AI replacing jobs or making decisions incorrectly but from a marketing perspective, we all use AI as part of our day to day jobs (really) and we think it makes us better in the long run.

Aggregating data

There’s some work we do that really necessitates organizing data from other websites and turning it into a format we can use. Instead of pulling each piece individually, we can ask AI to iterate through each page and create a spreadsheet of usable data, saving us time and the client, money.

Organizing Thoughts

There may be times where the original idea is there with some parts of it fleshed out, but it needs to be reorganized. Using AI to compile ideas and add to a campaign can help you focus your thoughts instead of taking time to do it. Anything generated back should be in an outline form and then expounded upon again from a human’s perspective to avoid sounding too fake.

Generating Content

Sometimes a client provides very little content for their website. Since content is what helps drive SEO, we offer them an option to have AI generate some additional content based on what they’ve already sent. We can feed it more context and give direction based on the objective of the page to help beef up otherwise slim content. This is all done with the client’s consent.

If you’re scared of the use of AI in marketing, it’s not going away any time soon. The best way forward is to adapt and use it to further creative original thinking, not stunt it. We’re all about working smarter, not harder, and with the advances AI is making we’ve got to be willing to adapt with it.
