“Fully Loaded” Web Care Package

You’re busy and you have a business to run. The last thing you need to be thinking about is your website health and security. Our “Fully Loaded” plan ensures that you don’t have to. Like our other packages, you’ll get website security and hosting services. By being “Fully Loaded”, you’ll also receive 3 hours of web maintenance per month (can be used for consulting, content updates, etc.), as well as a monthly metrics report explaining your website traffic – what’s working and what’s not.
If your website needs to be migrated to our Web Strategies server for hosting, there is a one-time $350.00 website migration fee. If your website is dated or has any incompatibility issues, we will let you know as there may be an increased migration fee.

Where We Host
We host our client’s websites with Amazon Web Services. Our servers utilize the latest server software including PHP.
Daily Backups
Your website is backed up on a daily basis and can be retrieved should there be an issue, malware attack or failure.
Malware Monitoring & Firewall Protection by Sucuri
Sucuri’s firewall protection helps to keep hackers and malware from getting into your website. Should anything get through the firewall, we use malware monitoring to ensure that your website is monitored and malware-free 24/7/365. *Malware clean-up is offered at a rate of $100 per incident.
Uptime Monitoring
Using Sucuri’s monitoring tools we know when your website is up and when there is a problem. This enables us to quickly address any website or server issues so that any downtime is minimal.
Security & Encryption
Our plan includes the installation of an SSL Certificate to ensure your website is safe for your users and to give you peace of mind.
WordPress, Theme and Plugin Updates
We will ensure that your WordPress platform, theme, and plugins are updated to the latest version to deter security breaches. Updates are completed monthly after we are confident that the update is stable and will not affect your theme or plugins.
Web Hosting
We offer enterprise-level web hosting services over multiple servers. We maintain our servers with redundancy, 99% uptime, and daily backup. Depending on the size of your website, Care Plan fees may increase. You will be advised should this be the case.
Monthly Maintenance (3 Hours per Month Included)
Get help with your website when you need it. Tasks can include minor content/image edits, adding pages, help with social media, etc. (Hours roll over from month-to-month.)
Monthly Metrics Analysis
Not sure about your website traffic? We’ll provide you with a Google Analytics report to help you better understand what’s working and what isn’t.
