My name is Emily Butler and I create beautiful websites.
I’ve wanted to be a web designer as long as I can remember. I love design and art and all things beautiful.
I graduated from James Madison University with a degree in Media Arts & Design with a concentration in Converged Media. Read: I majored in front-end web design. Web Strategies hired me between graduation and my wedding, and I started the week after my honeymoon. Been here ever since.
My personal life: My husband and I have been married for almost seven years. When we got married we thought we would go on adventures and go hiking, and all we have done is learned how to bake bread. (tbh: not mad about this). Sundays are for church and homemade pizza. When we’re not baking, we’re renovating our home and making it ours.

Picking up power tools and building things around our home.

If you could travel anywhere in the world, where would you go?
Hobbit town, New Zealand
Would you rather battle 100 duck-sized horses or 1 horse-sized duck and why?
Duck sized horses would be so adorable I wouldn’t want to kill them so I’ll go with 1 horse-sized duck.
What is something that very few people know about you?
I’m 5’11” and I’m the 2nd shortest in my family.
