What Platform is Your Site Built On?
We work with many different site builders and have experience with various platforms. WordPress is our bread and butter, and the platform we feel we can support the most when it comes to content management systems. However, we have experience working with Squarespace, Wix, Shopify, and other builders although we may be limited by the extent we can help you depending on the nature of your request. If you’re totally clueless about what platform your site is built on, just send it our way and we can find out for you.
Edits
After a brief discussion and access to your website, we’ll typically let you know if your edits are possible and how long we estimate the work will take to complete. We’ll make sure you’re good with the quote given before we start the work. Typically we will also give you a turnaround time, especially if you have a hard and fast deadline. After we get started on the work, we’ll let you know of any issues that come up or questions we have as we go. If all goes well, we’ll let you know the edits are complete!
Further Recommendations
If we get started on work and run into problems that are more than we can solve or see that you would benefit from additional help, we’ll let you know! We can determine sometimes very quickly whether you would better benefit from a website redesign or what a cost-effective solution would be for you. We value honesty and do not suggest this to every client, but always want the best for every website and business we encounter. Knowing when to take the next step as a business is valuable information.
