Urban Development Partners LCC was created through a trusted partnership between two established business owners in Winchester, Virginia. Seeing the demand while combining their business and service expertise opened the opportunity for a qualified general contracting and property renovation business.
With the mutual goal of creating quality urban lifestyles while building stronger communities, Urban Development Partners LLC came to us for assistance in branding their company and creating a modern, sophisticated website.
We started with a modern logo design and implemented two working logos that could be used for both web and print collateral. Once we established the general direction of modern simplicity, we knew exactly how the website needed to be structured. We kept a clean cut feel with minimal content to allow for more focus on the projects at hand, all while keeping a strong focus on their current projects and available properties. We ensure a fully mobile responsive design with optimal search engine optimization. We will be continuing with monthly marketing assistance to create a marketing foundation for this new launch.
