Bio:

Mandi graduated in 2007 with a degree in Small Business Management and Entrepreneurship. Shortly after, she obtained a position as a technical recruiter for both Federal and Nation Wide Companies where she gained knowledge in web development and worked with program managers to organize strong teams for new projects.

She loves working with the public and meeting new people. She became a manager and consultant for a small business franchise where she developed skills in Customer Relations, Online and Social Media Marketing, and Operations Management. While becoming more involved in the daily operations of a growing business; she developed a strong interest in the ever-growing Social Media realm and understanding the importance of Online Marketing and having a web presence. She applies her creative and organizational skills when assisting with new projects and their Online Marketing and Search Engine Optimization needs.

One of her passions is the ability to assist with the photography needs of our clients. Another love is working with animals. She was actually introduced to Beth through her consultant position with Bark ‘N Bubbles Dog Wash, where Web Strategies provided the franchisees with a seminar on social media. She has always been a pet lover and continues to support pet organizations.

As Operations Manager, Mandi handles the day-to-day business operations of Web Strategies and specializes in social media marketing and search engine optimization strategies.
